You may send additional references later, but having clear basic info from the start makes the process much faster and more enjoyable! ✨🌟 I WILL DRAW:✅ Original Characters (OC)
✅ Fanart (anime, games, movies, etc.)
✅ Humanoid characters — animal traits (cat ears, tail, etc.) ok.ᐟ

Your OC remains your property. You may commission other artists to draw it, use it as a reference, or print it for personal use.However, you may NOT sell, reproduce, edit without permission, or claim this specific artwork I created as your own. If you don’t want me to share your artwork, please pay the NDA fee (5% of the base price of the artwork) („• ֊ •„)If an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is purchased, the artwork will not be shared with anyone. However, after 2 years, I reserve the right to share it publicly. If you wish to extend this privacy beyond 2 years, please specify this at the time of purchase 𖹭.ᐟ💌 Tagging & Credit:

This may be extended due to high workload, health issues, or technical problems — I will notify you if so 𖹭.ᐟClient delays (not responding, late revision approval) will postpone the delivery date.🖌️ WIP (Work in Progress):I love sharing my process! You may feature the asset in your monetized Twitch or YouTube channel (e.g., as an avatar, VTuber/PnTuber icon) with appropriate credit. You are allowed to use the asset in educational content such as online tutorials or webinars, with attribution. You may use the asset as a profile picture on platforms like Twitter or Instagram, if your profile generates monetized content, and credit is visible. You can set the asset as your desktop wallpaper or use it in private projects without sharing.⛔️ Not Permitted:You may not claim the asset as your original creation or remove the creator's attribution. You may not sell or distribute the asset file, whether in original or edited form, or allow others to reuse it. You are not allowed to include the asset in products for sale, such as posters, physical merchandise, or downloadable packages. You cannot sell, redistribute, or give the asset to others, whether modified or unmodified. You may not tokenize or mint this asset as an NFT or any form of digital currency. You may not claim the asset as your original creation or remove the creator's attribution.This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
